Brand Guidelines and Assets

The use of any and all GRIFFIN DONNELL and ASSOCIATES, APC, (“GDA”) assets, should ONLY include the official GRIFFIN DONNELL and ASSOCIATES, APC logos, photos, and materials found ONLY on this site.  Use of this site implies your express agreement to abide by GRIFFIN DONNELL and ASSOCIATES, APC, standards and protocols.  

GRIFFIN DONNELL and ASSOCIATES, APC, asset users may request permission for the following: 1 - web, 2 - broadcast, 3 - radio, 4 - advertising outside of the State of California, U.S.A., or 5 - print larger than 8.5 x 11 inches (A4 size). All requests must be in made in writing and include a document/”mock up” indicating exactly how, when and where, the GRIFFIN DONNELL and ASSOCIATES, APC logo and information will be used. Users must obtain express written consent of GDA for all use prior to publicizing.

All online and social media posts must contain the GDA website as a link in the following format: griffindonnell.com. All print materials must contain the GRIFFIN DONNELL and ASSOCIATES, APC, website in a visible and contrasting format written as follows: griffindonnell.com.

  • Keep the name “GRIFFIN DONNELL and ASSOCIATES, APC” capitalized and in the same font size and style as the content surrounding it.

    Don’t modify, abbreviate or translate the word GRIFFIN DONNELL and ASSOCIATES, APC, to a different language or by using non-English characters.

  • Avoid representing GRIFFIN DONNELL and ASSOCIATES, APC, in a way that:

    • Implies partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.

    • Makes the GDA the most distinctive or prominent feature.

    • Puts the GDA brand in a negative context as part of a script or storyline. You must comply with our Terms of Use and Guidelines.

    Virginia Griffin, Esq.

    Biography:
    Virginia graduated from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Administration. She has a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from California State Long Beach. She became a practicing attorney in order to help her clients protect what matters most: family, assets and peace of mind.

    Virginia’s experience and niche is litigating cases involving custody disputes with severe Parent Child Contact Problems, Resist Refuse Dynamics and Domestic Violence Restraining Orders. As a licensed attorney and credentialed school psychologist, her two decades of psychology give Virginia a unique perspective and strategic advantage in settlement negotiations as well as litigation.

    Virginia is a member of the following associations: Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (“AFCC”), Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, San Francisco Bar Association, and is President Elect of the Parental Alienation Study Group (“PASG”) as of 2024.

    Virginia served as a judge for the FVAP Los Angeles annual fundraiser and provides feedback for FVAP amicus briefs for cases pending review with the California Court of Appeals. Her philanthropic activities create a platform for raising National Awareness regarding certain obstacles and barriers faced by victims of domestic violence.
